No. You can use the app in guest mode without creating an account. Your data is stored locally on your device.
Create an account from the Settings screen. Once signed in, your workout data will be synced automatically across devices using the same account.
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account. All associated data will be permanently removed from our servers.
Use the share feature on the workout detail screen to export workout summaries as text.
