By downloading, installing, or using BTB Workout Log, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
BTB Workout Log is a fitness tracking application that allows you to record workouts, track exercises, and review your training history. The app offers both guest mode (local-only) and account-based mode (with cloud sync). Some premium features may require a paid auto-renewable subscription.
Subscription titles, durations, prices, renewal terms, and included premium features are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the App Store account settings before the end of the current period. You may restore purchases from within the app.
You may use the app without an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You retain ownership of all workout data you enter into the app. We do not claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

BTB Workout Log is a workout recording tool only. It does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or modifying any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injury or health issue resulting from exercises performed while using the app.
BTB Workout Log is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data.
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
